Requirements for vending: 

To participate as a vendor at Shasta Gardens Artisan Marketplace, the following requirements must be met:

 • Vendor Fee: To book booths at Shasta Gardens Artisan Marketplace, an annual membership fee of $70 is required. Additionally, for each event you choose to vend at, a fee of $30 is required. These fees are essential for covering operational costs and ensuring the success of the marketplace. If you are interested in participating for a whole season, please feel free to inquire about our seasonal fee option for potential savings and extended opportunities.

• Table and Display: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table(s) for displaying their products. The table should be sturdy and suitable for showcasing your merchandise attractively.

• Pop-Up Tent (if necessary): Depending on the availability of shaded areas, vendors may need to bring their own pop-up tent for protection from the sun or light rain. This ensures a comfortable and inviting setup for your booth.

• Tent Weights: Vendors are responsible for bringing weights to secure their tents. In the interest of safety and to prevent any potential damage or accidents caused by unsecured tents, it is mandatory for vendors to have proper tent weights. However, if vendors are unable to provide their own tent weights, we offer the option to rent weights from Shasta Gardens for a nominal fee of $20.

• Supplies: Vendors must bring all the necessary supplies required for their specific products, such as inventory, packaging materials, signage, and any other items essential for conducting sales and showcasing their offerings.

By fulfilling these requirements, vendors can ensure a smooth and successful participation at Shasta Gardens Artisan Marketplace.
